Charles F. Wright, Chairman is a principal and a member of the Investment Committee. From 1984 to 1988, Charlie was a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He is active as a manager and investor in QUAESTECH LLC and as a director of Prolitec Inc. In 1982 he was elected Chairman of the Fall River Group, and in 2000, Chairman and Principal of Fall River Capital, L.L.C. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of South Florida, and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He is the author of Trading as a Business, published by Omega Research Inc. in 1998.

Richard W. Weening, President and CEOis a principal and currently serving as CEO of Prolitec Inc. Since founding QUÆSTUS in 1989, he served as the initial CEO or Chairman of each QUÆSTUS start-up company and the President of the Manager of each fund that owned them. Prior to that, Richard was CEO of Advanced Learning Concepts, Raintree Publishers Inc., AgriData Resources Inc. and ARI Network Services Inc.

Before beginning his business career, Richard helped to establish a non-profit housing development agency in Milwaukee and served as Legislative Assistant to a U.S. Congressman; Chief of Staff to a Governor of Wisconsin; and National Political Director of a U.S. Presidential campaign. Richard has served on the boards of several non-profit or governmental agencies. He now focuses his philanthropy as a Trustee of the African Wildlife Foundation and a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for Regenerative Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He holds a B.A. Degree in philosophy and economics from St. John's University.
